Put the Rice stick into boiling water for 2 minutes then put into cold water for a while and rinse water off. Or put the Rice stick into normal temperature water 8 minutes, and rinse water off. INGREDIENTS OF SOUP (SOUP STOCK) - 1 Chicken cube - 1 fresh turnip - 10 seed of black pepper and roots of chinese parsley, punched - 16 garlic cloves, punched - 4 tablesspoons of cooking oil - 4 cup of water . Deep fry the garlic in the cooking oil until the the garlic turn yellow. Then leave it. . Put chicken cube, black pepper, turnip, roots of Chinese parsley and the above fried garlic (with the oil) into the water, boil it until done and leave it.
INGREDIENTS OF STEWED-CHIKEN - 1kg. chicken wing (may be chicken breast or drum stick as preferred) - 20 grams celery - 6-8 pieces roots of Chinese parsley, punched - 2 garlic cloves, punched - 20 seeds black pepper, punched - 3 tablespoons sugar - 1/2 tablespoon salt - 2 tablespoons soy bean sauce - 2 tablespoons black soy bean sauce - teaspoon MSG . Put all ingredients into boiling water (use medium heat). Leave them until done, reduce the heat and leave it until chicken is softened.
